A confidence-boosting, body-celebrating, magic-making experience.

Whether you’re doing a boudoir session to celebrate yourself, surprise a partner, reconnect with your confidence, or simply live out your fantasy goddess era — this guide will walk you through everything you need to know before the big day.

Boudoir is more than photos.

It’s empowerment.

It’s vulnerability.

It’s stepping into a version of yourself that deserves to be seen.

Let’s get you ready.

What to Expect at Your Boudoir Session

Walking into a boudoir session is like stepping into a warm, welcoming bubble made just for you. No judgment. No pressure. Just confidence, creativity, and a whole lot of hype.

1. A Soft, Comfortable Arrival

You’ll have time to:

Settle in

Breathe

Change into your first outfit

Choose music that matches your vibe

Chat through the plan

  • This helps the nerves fade and lets you step into your empowered self with ease.

2. Guided Posing From Head to Toe

You don’t need experience.

You don’t need flexibility.

You don’t need to practice in front of the mirror.

I guide every single pose.

You’ll hear things like:

“Drop your shoulder.”

“Chin toward me.”

“Breathe out slowly.”

“Perfect — hold that.”

Or my signature saying "Ass out and tits to God"

  • Boudoir posing is crafted to flatter every shape, highlight your favorite features, and elongate your natural lines. You’re never left wondering what to do — I got you.

3. Outfit Changes & Variety

Most sessions include 2 (1 hr session) –4 outfit swaps(2 hour session). Together we’ll capture:

Soft & romantic

Dark & moody

Fantasy-inspired

Cozy sweater or “shirt-only” looks

Bed, sofa, floor, and standing poses

Silhouette and shadow play

Close-up details (lips, hands, body jewelry, tattoos)

Your gallery will have range — and a whole lot of you.

4. A Safe, Empowering Space

Boudoir is vulnerable, and I take that seriously.

You can expect:

Encouragement

Constant reassurance

Adjustments for comfort

A no-judgment environment

Complete respect for boundaries

The ability to stop or rest anytime

You’re in control from start to finish.

5. The Emotional Arc

Most people go through a similar journey:

Nervous walking in

Relaxed within minutes

Confident halfway through

Absolute fire by the end

We celebrate every part of that transformation.

6. After the Session

When we wrap up:

Change back into comfy clothes

We’ll go over next steps

Sneak peeks arrive within 48 hours

Your gallery will be delivered based on your package timeframe

All images come in a private, password-protected (if you choose) online gallery.

How to Prepare Your Body

Again: you do NOT need to change your body.

These steps are simply for comfort.

1–2 Weeks Out

Moisturize daily

Drink more water

Avoid trying new skincare

Start gathering outfits early

A Few Days Before

Wax/shave 2–3 days out

Touch up nails (polish or clean natural)

Steam or iron outfits

Make sure everything fits comfortably

The Night Before

Light exfoliation

Avoid salty foods/alcohol if possible (to reduce puffiness)

Lay out outfits + accessories

Get some sleep if you can

The Morning Of

Wear loose clothing (no marks on skin!)

Clean, dry hair unless HMUA is booked

Eat something light

Bring water, chapstick, and comfy slippers

How to Prepare Your Mind

Boudoir is emotional in the best way.

Give Yourself Permission

You do not need:

A “boudoir body”

To lose weight

To hide stretch marks

To be perfect

You just need to show up.

Create Your Vibe

Think about what you want the session to feel like:

Soft & romantic

Fierce & powerful

Dark & witchy

Elegant

Fantasy or elven-inspired

Cozy & intimate

Your vibe informs lighting, posing, and outfit choices.

Build Your Confidence Ritual

Play your favorite playlist

Do affirmations

Wear something that makes you feel you

Stretch and breathe

Confidence is a slow build let it unfold.

Trust the Process

It’s normal to feel nervous.

Everyone does.

I guide you through every pose, angle, and expression.

Your comfort is the priority.
